Meet Our Providers

Brooke Ludwig FNP - She is passionate about helping others. Her nursing career has led her down a path that allows her to provide patients with high quality healthcare. She started my medical journey at 18 years old working in Labor and Delivery as a CNA. Later, she became a Surgical Technician, assisting providers with surgery.  She has many years experience in OB/GYN. She went to Weber State University and acquired my Associates and Bachelor's Degree in Nursing. She graduated with honors as an FNP through Maryville University.  She has always wanted to care for her community and is excited to be achieving that dream.

Dana Roach FNP - Dana has a passion for providing comprehensive care.  She is a advocate for her patients.  She provides thorough care.   She is an extremely hard worker and dedicates extra time to her patients.  Dana has worked in the hospital as a care provider for many years.  She graduated from Utah Valley University in nursing.  Then graduated from Maryville University with honors acquiring her FNP degree. She strives for excellent patient care.
